HB 300                                                                                            
The Speaker added a House Special Committee on Economic                                             
Development, International Trade, and Tourism referral as the first                                 
committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 300                                                                             
     "An Act repealing the economic limit factor as it applies to oil;                              
     and providing for an effective date."                                                          
                                                                                                    
HB 300 was removed from the House Special Committee on Oil &                                        
Gas and referred to the House Special Committee on Economic                                         
Development, International Trade, and Tourism, with further referrals                               
to the House Special Committee on Oil & Gas and the Resources and                                   
Finance Committees.
